Sadie came to us because her owner is regularly hospitalised and so can’t meet her needs. He only had Sadie for 5 months, along with Digger (also available for adoption) after getting both dogs from the same home having answered an internet post; he didn’t get any history with the dogs.
- People: friendly – enjoyed petting from kennel staff and LDR volunteers / has been around children, one of which was 4yrs old
- Other dogs: she lived with another Dobie (male) / calm on lead around other dogs / off lead – unknown
- Travels well in the car
- House trained
- Can be left home alone
- Crate trained: unknown
- Cats: untested
- Health: no known issues but has recently had a litter of puppies
- Special feature: pretty face
