Bruno – age 16 months

Bruno was passed from pillar to post until he was taken into his present home aged 1. There were already 3 other dogs in the home and the family took Bruno to get him away from a poor situation. Whilst Bruno gets on with 2 of the family dogs, the older dog in the family does not like him at all and therefore Bruno has to be kept separate most of the time. Bruno and the 7yo Lab do play but need regular owner intervention as he will become over stimulated and rough. This situation is not sustainable long term, so the family have taken the decision to rehome Bruno to give him a chance of a more rounded life. He is a friendly excitable and sociable pup, he needs firm boundaries setting, he knows basic commands and is very food motivated which should make him relatively easy to train. Bruno’s detailed assessment will be provided to a potential adopter.
Bruno will benefit from being the only dog in the home so that his new family can focus on him and provide the right structure and environment for him to thrive. Due to his boisterous play, Bruno will not be rehomed with children under 12.

If you haven’t completed an Adoption Application, you will not be considered for any of the dogs in our care
