Jaxon – Adopted

Jaxon is a handsome, strong, and intelligent 4-year-old Dobermann with a lovely, friendly personality. This boy has been well cared for and is coming into rescue due to a change in family circumstances – no fault of his own. His previous owners have laid a solid foundation, and now Jaxon is ready for the next chapter in his life.

Jaxon gets excited when visitors arrive and may jump up, but this may settle with more frequent social contact. He sleeps on his big dog bed, he’s not destructive & not allowed on furniture. He can be left at home for periods of time without issue.

Jaxon has lived with children so going forward he could do so again if they’re dog savvy and respectful towards him.

Jaxon has basic training and recall, watches for cues, and is clearly an intelligent, eager-to-please boy – he has so much more to give and would thrive in a home with time to nurture his potential.

When out and about Jaxon travels well in the car, he will pull at the start of walks but settles into a nice pace. We feel that Jaxon would enjoy the chance to run, sniff, and explore and to make some new canine friends of his own, he is calm and respectful, with good dog-reading skills.
Jaxon has spent much of his time in a home with limited outdoor space and long hours alone due to work commitments.

We’re now looking for a home that can offer him:
• More space and stimulation – ideally a secure garden
• Regular exercise and adventures to match his energy and curiosity
• A family or individual who has the time and commitment to bring out his full potential

Jaxon is a dog with a solid foundation and no known behavioural issues. He has great potential and just needs a home that will give him the stimulation, structure, and love he deserves.

If you have not completed an Adoption Application and been homechecked, you will not be considered for any of he dogs in our care.
